Helping them to understand their underlying values, talents and ambitions is what we love about coaching. It means everything to us when clients gain the insights and answers the need to move forward on their own personal and professional paths.
Online learning
Experimenting with new learning tools is important to us.
Blending traditional and digital learning tools into modern learning journeys is what we love about on line learning. Especially when these journeys cater to the desires of modern professionals in the Dutch Caribbean.
DRS. MAYA KARINA MATHIAS CAREER MILESTONES 2005 2015 2020
In 2005 Maya immigrated to the Dutch Caribbean island of Curaçao with her family where she started her company Smart Works focusing on professional training and writing.
In 2015 she set up the GreenKidz Foundation, together with Ivonne Zegveld, aiming to change the mindset of generations and develop learning materials for students in primary and secondary education.
In 2020 Maya joined her husband’s company and became part of the Balance Consulting Group, taking on the challenge to lead and grow its new unit Balance Blended Learning.
